Paintball markers and accessories 30 day warranty (unless otherwise specified). If the marker is being returned for a refund it must  be cleaned/oiled and in immediate resalable condition. If marker is dirty, damaged, or tampered with a restocking fee will be applied (See below for details on restocking fee).

Books, personal hygiene, cosmetics and undergarments may not be returned. They are FINAL SALE. DVD's & CD's, if defective, will be exchanged only with same title (Whenever possible). All clearance items and discounted items are FINAL SALE.

All warranties and returns are subject to approval and must be in original packaging and accompained by receipt, also must be in resalable condition.

All other merchandise has a 90 day warranty.

If refund is approved the money will be reissued in the form of original payment. If you do not have the original debit or credit card you will receive an in-store credit. You may also be asked to wait while item is tested and evaluated or possibly leave the item with us for further evaluation.

If you do not have a receipt and/or packaging is damaged/missing you may only get a credit note and a minimum restocking fee of 15% of selling price before tax will be applied.
